Areas We Serve

Perspectiva Architects is based in Atlanta and designs homes, additions, ADUs, renovations and commercial spaces across the metro area and beyond. Each place has its own lots, codes and character, and we design for them.

Intown Atlanta & DeKalb

Grant Park, Southwest Atlanta, West Atlanta, Old Fourth Ward, Little Five Points, Buckhead and Decatur. Intown work often means tight lots, older houses and neighborhood character, so additions, renovations, ADUs and infill homes are our most common projects here. See Casa de la Hoz in Grant Park, Read the Room in Old Fourth Ward and Beyond Berry in Little Five Points.

North Metro: Gwinnett, Forsyth & Cherokee

Duluth, Suwanee, Lawrenceville, Peachtree Corners, Buford, Cumming, Woodstock and Canton. Growing families here often need more space, so we design second-story and rear additions, custom homes and guest houses. See home additions and custom homes.

West Metro: Marietta & Douglasville

New homes and renovations on larger suburban lots. See Casa Richmond, a home with flying roofs in Marietta.

Lake Oconee

Lake homes and second homes around Greensboro and Eatonton, designed for views, outdoor living and time with family and guests.

North Georgia

Mountain homes around Jasper and Dalton that step with the slope and frame long views. See Casa Blue Ridge, a mountain residence designed around its topography.

Outside metro Atlanta

We also take on projects elsewhere in Georgia, such as Pavilion Apartments in Milledgeville.
